At Eureka Fabrics, we strive to keep our customers as happy as possible!

We're a small family owned business, and as much as we would love to take all returns, it's just not possible.
But here's what we CAN do:

Merchandise:
100% refund of purchase within 15 days for non-yardage items if in new condition.
100% refund of purchase within 15 days for yardage cuts  3 YARDS or more.
50% refund if purchase within 15 days for yardage cuts UNDER 3 yards.
If we messed up your order, or your items are damaged, please contact us within 15 days for store credit or a full refund.

Classes:

Some classes may require a minimum attendance.  If we cancel your class for any reason, we will issue a complete refund.

If you cancel 30 days prior to your class you will receive a complete refund.  

Less than 30 days, we’re very sorry, but we cannot issue a refund unless the minimum class attendance is met without you.  If the class minimum is met, we are happy to issue a complete refund.

There is no minimum attendance for the Sewing Clinics.
